This program's accuracy has been confirmed by over 10 years of testing (since 1999).  If it appears inaccurate to you, it's probably due to the "rose colored glasses" syndrome (see the program's Help file about this).

    How Compatibility Works    
       (1)  The closer two personalities are to being "on the same overall wavelength"
  = (2)  higher degree of attraction (and attraction in more areas)  =  (3)  greater   innate, natural, overall chemistry  = (4)  deeper degree of TRUE love  =  (5)  most    compatible possible "soul mate"		  
    --  Determining the degree of step 1 allows the prediction of step 5.   
  --  This technology accurately calculates the degree of step 1.   		  

All you need to know in order to use the software is:  throughout the program, higher/larger numbers are better than lower ones (except for the Strife factor...for which -- if BOTH birth TIMES are known -- any value other than zero is bad).  The larger the Potential for Compatibility (PFC) score, the more you and the other person are to being on the "same wavelength", and therefore, the higher potential you have for long-term romantic compatibility.

NOTE1:  High Love factor numbers (at green arrows in above picture) greatly increase the potential for long-term romantic compatibility (even if the PFC score is not mega-high) and are also helpful in love at first meeting (sight).  
 
NOTE 2:  If BOTH birth times are known and there is a Strife value, walk away from the relationship (unless you just love.fighting and staying mad).  Regardless of how good the relationship might seem now, if it's carried out to long-term, it will eventually be filled with incessant and incurable friction (aka strife).
